Beached remains of the British-built blockade runner Ruby. A sidewheel steamer, run aground and lost in Folly Breakers, after passing the Federal squadron on 10th-11th June, 1863 near, Lighthouse Inlet, at south end of Morris Island. Her last sucessful voyage was from Nassau on Mar. 13th 1863, arriving in Charleston on Mar. 17th.
