A very interesting and enjoyable program,
which brought forth the reasons
and attatudes which lead to the
terrible conditions in P.O.W. camps
especially those run by the North.

  Camp Commander Rusty Rentz reminded the camp of the Veterans Day Pardae on Tuesday November 11th. Gather at 9:30AM at Sumter and Marion. For more information Contact Dean Stephens of Lexigton Camp. [ CplDSofHB@aol.com or 803-760-2018 ]

  "Gore and Folklore" Halloween Tours at the SC Confederate Relic Room and Military Museum, October 29-30. Tour times are 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30 and each tour lasts approximately 45 minutes. Cost $5.00 Adults $2.50 under 12. Reservations required.

  The 2009 Lee Jackson Banquet will be held Friday January 30th. the guest speaker will be "Paster Weaver" from Georgia.


The meeting began with a good meal of
Fried Chicken, Ham, Rice & Mushroom Gravey, Blackeyed Peas, Collar Greens, Backed Apples, Salad, Rolls, Ice Tea and Coffee and various pies.
The meeting ended with the singing of "Dixie" and rousing "Rebel Yells".
If you have not been out in a while come join us at our next meeting.
